A: You can pay via Paypal during booking process (preferred). In this case, you booking will be confirmed automatically. You can also pay via bank transfer, Western Union or Webmoney, but in those cases we have to confirm your booking manually. If you prefer one of those methods, please contact us for details. Q: Will you refund deposit if I choose to cancel my trip? A: Yes, if you request cancellation in 14 days in advance, we refund your deposit in full. Q: I want a custom trip. Is it possible? A: Of course! You can propose any route, or just tell us which places you wish to visit. We will calculate number of days required and contact you. Then you can book your custom trip using Wildcard option. Q: Where trips start and end? A: We can meet you at Chiang Mai airport or your hotel in Chiang Mai. After the trip, we can drive you to the airport or your hotel, or any place in Chiang Mai. Q: What cars do you use? A: For 1 or 2 persons - Honda Jazz or 4-wheel, depending on road condition. For 3 to 8 persons - a suitable van or several cars depending on route conditions. Q: What languages you speak? A: Our Thai guides speak good English, and we also have a native Russian interpreter for our Russian customers.
